Korean Polymer Society Meeting (Ilsan)

Our first really Korean conference. Titles and slides of presentations were in English, but almost all of the talks were in Korean. We tried understanding Korean theory talks, which turned out to be quite a challenge, and attended all English talks (two or three) regardless of the topic. Thanks to that, we ran into a pretty interesting lecture about - among other things - the formation of the structure of our finger prints. Most of all, it was a good chance to have lunch, dinner and coffee with our Korean colleagues and we even took a detour on the way back to Nok-Du to look at a beautiful lakeside village.
